If you are picking for a buffet, I usually suggest a mix of dry kebabs and cutlets, as they hold their heat much better than creamy gravy starters while guests mingle. Our starter menu is not just about filling plates, it is about building the appetite. Since we started in 1992, we have realized that a good wedding or party menu needs balance. You cannot have everything heavy. ### Our Approach to Starters Whether you are hosting an intimate family dinner or a large-scale wedding in Mumbai, our starters are designed to be practical. We offer a mix of classic Mughlai favorites and crowd-pleasing snacks. * **The Classics:** Our Mutton Shami Kebabs and Chicken Tikkas are made the traditional way. We use charcoal grilling to get that authentic smokiness you expect. * **The Crunch:** For fried items like Russian Cutlets, Spring Rolls, and our signature Chicken Rolls, we prioritize the batter quality. Nothing is pre-cooked hours in advance. * **Live Counters:** If your venue allows, we highly recommend our live counter service. Watching a sizzler being prepared with the flame makes for a great visual experience for your guests. ### Tips for Your Menu Selection 1. **Balance the texture:** If you have a heavy gravy main course, stick to dry starters like Chicken Tikka or Fish Koliwada. 2. **Logistics:** If you are ordering for delivery, go for items that reheat well in an oven.
