We pack it in spill-proof buckets to ensure it reaches your home steaming hot, just like it comes out of our dum pot in the kitchen. Our dum biryani isn't just a recipe; it is a process we have refined since 1992. We do not rush the layers. The rice is aromatic, the masala is deep, and the bone-in chicken pieces stay juicy because they cook slowly in the sealed pot.
