If you are planning to gift one, let me know if you would like the Bridgerton style finish with hand piped buttercream flowers on top, or just a simple glaze drizzle. Both options hold up perfectly for delivery anywhere in Bangalore. When I started baking these, my goal was simple. I wanted desserts that weren't just about massive amounts of sugar, but about real, comforting flavors. Whether it is a dense marble sponge or a zesty lime tea loaf, these cakes are designed to be enjoyed at a slower pace with a hot cup of chai or coffee. I use high quality Nordic Ware pans for all my bundt cakes. It makes the bakes look architectural and sophisticated without needing an overload of heavy frosting. If you prefer a bit of decoration, I can add a Bridgerton inspired finish with hand piped buttercream flowers. If you want something classic and minimal, a simple sugar glaze or a dusting of powdered sugar works wonders. My tea cakes, like the jeera or banana whole wheat options, are favorites for gifting or just for the office pantry. They are sturdy, hold their shape well during transit, and stay fresh for days. If you have an event coming up, I can customize these with a simple fondant plaque or a handwritten message. **Quick Flavor Guide** * **Classic:** Vanilla, Chocolate, Marble (Choco-vanilla) * **Zesty/Spice:** Cardamom, Lime, Orange * **Hearty:** Banana Whole-wheat, Jeera Since I bake everything to order from my kitchen in Indiranagar, these are always fresh. Just let me know your flavor preference and if you need an eggless or low sugar version. ## About Faraway Feast Hi, I’m Rose!
