It uses a rich coffee infusion that pairs perfectly with the dense, creamy cheesecake layer. I often finish these with an elegant cocoa stencil design, making them a great centerpiece for any gathering without the weight of a traditional heavy cake. ### Why choose baked yogurt cakes? If you love the creaminess of a cheesecake but find it too heavy after a big meal, my baked yogurt cakes are the answer. They are light, refreshing, and have a unique tang that cuts through the richness. I bake these in small batches in my Indiranagar kitchen, ensuring the texture remains silky smooth every time. ### My signature flavor combinations The Boozy Coffee is my absolute bestseller, perfect for those who like a deeper, more sophisticated dessert. For something fruity, the Berry Swirl Cheesecake provides that classic contrast of tart and sweet that never fails to please. I also love experimenting with seasonal fruit like fresh orange for a zesty, light finish. ### Artistic finishing touches Dessert should look as beautiful as it tastes. I apply the same palette knife painting techniques from my celebration cakes onto these cheesecakes to create floral art, or use cocoa stencils for a clean, elegant look. Whether it is for a milestone birthday or just a weekend indulgence, I can customize the finish and flavors to suit the vibe of your event. I also offer eggless and sugar-free variations so everyone at the table can enjoy a slice. ## About Faraway Feast Hi, I'm Rose.
