I use a stitching slab technique—a heavy-duty RCC layer at the plinth level that keeps the structure solid and termite-proof. It is about making sure your home stays rock-solid for decades, not just looking good for the first few years. Architecture is more than just drawing lines on a paper. Whether you are building a 5,000 sq. ft. luxury villa, a classic kothi, or a sprawling farmhouse in the outskirts of Noida or Dehradun, my focus remains the same: creating a space that feels like yours. I handle the full project cycle. This means I am not just creating the 2D floor plans or 3D elevations, but I am also there on-site to check the reinforcement steel and the concrete mix. I believe in 'sab kuch asli'—authentic, ground-level work where you know exactly what is going into your home. I specialize in integrating Vastu compliance with modern aesthetic needs. If you want expansive glass walls for a bungalow in Dehradun or rustic brickwork combined with industrial metal for a farmhouse, we make it happen. My process ensures you get a home that is modern but also stands strong against the elements. I source materials directly to ensure you get high-end finishes, like Italian marble or unique veneers, without the unnecessary price tags. From the initial blueprint to the final handover, I treat every project as if I am building it for myself. If you are ready to move from a napkin sketch to a finished home, let us start talking about your layout. ## About Fantini Designs Hi, I am Sunny.
