I bring everything, including the portable pizza oven, induction burners, and prep tables with clean black skirting to keep the service area professional. You do not need a massive kitchen; I create a fully functional food station wherever your event is happening, ensuring the space remains tidy throughout the service. When I bring a live counter to your event, my goal is to blend high-quality food preparation with efficient space management. I don't just show up with food; I bring a complete, self-contained kitchen ecosystem tailored to your venue. ### How The Setup Works * **Small Footprint:** My standard station setup requires only about 8-10 feet of space. Whether you are hosting in a tight apartment in Vasant Kunj, a terrace in DLF, or a farmhouse lawn, I have a configuration that fits. * **Cleanliness First:** All tables are covered with professional black skirting. I manage waste as I go, so you are not left with a mess when the party ends. * **Equipment:** I arrive with specialized portable equipment, including deck pizza ovens and high-pressure Chinese wok burners. These are designed to be safe for indoor and outdoor use in residential settings. * **Service Logistics:** I typically require about an hour for setup before the service starts, and I provide up to 3 hours of active live cooking. My team includes a dedicated chef and an assistant, so all you have to do is host. ### Why Choose A Live Station? Interactive food is the highlight of a party. It keeps guests engaged, provides hot, fresh food, and adds a sense of occasion to any gathering. My stations are designed to be visual, meaning the preparation is part of the entertainment. Whether it is hand-tossed pizza or wok-tossed noodles, the food arrives directly from the heat to the plate. ## About Familia Food Catering I am Familia Food Catering, and I bring the restaurant experience to your doorstep.
