Because our chef stretches the dough and tops every pizza on the spot, your guests get hot, fresh slices served directly from the oven without you needing to manage the kitchen. ### How Our Pizza Station Works We handle the entire process so you can focus on being a host. Our team arrives with a portable professional pizza oven, induction burners for pasta, and prep tables. We setup in your chosen area, managing everything from the dough preparation to the final slice. ### What You Get * **The Menu:** We serve freshly rolled, hand-tossed pizzas. Common options include Margherita, Farmhouse, and Chicken Tikka. We also serve live pasta (Penne or Fusilli) in Red or White sauce. * **The Setup:** We bring our own branded disposable plates, wooden forks, and paper napkins. You do not need to provide any serving dishes. * **Duration:** Our standard package includes 3 hours of live service, excluding the 1 hour we take for setup. ### Logistics and Requirements We require a minimum of 15 guests for all bookings. While we travel across Delhi NCR, please ensure your venue allows for the use of portable ovens. Whether it is a birthday, corporate team lunch, or a casual house party, our chefs manage the cooking and cleanup, leaving your kitchen as clean as we found it. ## About Familia Food Catering We are Familia Food Catering.
