These are not just toys. They are part of what I call the knowing field in Family Constellation therapy. In our sessions, we use them to map out your inner world, placing family members and burdens on a board, so you can see exactly where patterns are stuck and where love needs room to flow. ### How We Work Together I do not offer fortune-telling or quick fixes. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are already whole, sometimes just needing a little help to clear the obstacles blocking your path. Whether we are sitting for a tarot reading or mapping your family system, my goal is to hold space for your own truth to emerge. ### Family Constellation Therapy This is a gentle way to look at the invisible ties that bind us to our families. In a one-on-one session, we use peg dolls and crayons to represent your family members or abstract feelings. This creates a visual map, showing where your current struggles, such as anxiety or recurring relationship patterns, might stem from generational echoes. We don't need your family present to do this work. By acknowledging what is and making peace with the past, we allow you to move forward. ### Tarot and Intuitive Guidance My tarot practice is non-predictive. It is a mirror for your own thoughts and emotions. If you feel lost, these sessions are designed to help you pause, reflect, and connect with your inner voice. I combine this with breathwork and meditation techniques to ensure you leave the session feeling grounded, not just curious. ### My Philosophy I believe in being real. Some days are meant for silence, and some days need a cup of filter coffee. My work is not about being a distant guru, but about being a companion on your journey. We honour the light and the dark aspects of who we are, and in doing so, we find our own strength. ## About Shilpa Murthy I am Shilpa.
