With a 1:10 student-coach ratio in our elite batches, your child gets direct, personalized feedback on their positioning and technique. We do not just run them through laps; we explain the 'why' behind every pass to help them actually understand the game's flow. Football is a game of decision-making, not just physical effort. At F12 Football Academy, our goal is to foster a creative, attacking style of play that requires players to think on their feet. This requires more than a whistle and a ball; it requires genuine mentorship. ### Licensed Coaching Standards Our sessions are led by AIFF-licensed coaches who adapt their approach based on the Real Madrid inspired training methodology. Whether your child is in our Weekend Standard batch or the Elite Competitive program, they are learning from instructors who are actively invested in their technical progress. We focus on the basics first—agility ladder warm-ups, cone-work for dribbling, and passing squares—to build a foundation that lasts. ### Practical Learning Environment We know that kids learn differently, which is why we break down the game into understandable chunks. During our 5v5 match simulations, coaches pause the action to talk through specific tactical choices. Did a striker make the right run? Was the defender positioned to intercept? By explaining these moments, we move beyond repetition. We operate at Astro Arena in Marathahalli and our Koramangala facility, providing safe, consistent spaces for development. Our Elite batches include periodic assessments of sprint speed and passing accuracy, giving you a clear view of your child’s growth trajectory. If you are looking for a program that prioritizes both skill and character in Bengaluru, we are ready to guide your child. ## About F12 Academy We are F12 Football Academy, and we believe coaching is really about mentorship. Our team is here to guide your child through every session, making sure they learn real technical skills while actually enjoying the time they spend on the pitch.
