We don't just stand around watching you hit balls; our coaches are active and hands-on, correcting your grip, stance, and footwork from the very first minute. If you are new to the sport or looking for a serious upgrade, come by for a free trial class and experience how we break down the game. ### Your Journey at ETTA We started this academy with one goal: to create a space where table tennis is about more than just hitting a plastic ball. It is about building reflex, focus, and a bit of grit. ### How We Train Our methodology moves away from repetitive, mindless hitting. Instead, we focus on: * **Mechanical Integrity:** Whether it's correcting your 'shakehand' or 'penhold' grip or ensuring your footwork allows you to cover the table effectively, we focus on the foundation. * **Multi-Ball Drills:** This is the heart of our competitive training. It builds the reflexes and stamina needed to compete at the district or state level. * **Holistic Conditioning:** We don't just play; we train. This includes sport-specific fitness, agility ladders, and even yoga to build the mental resilience required for high-pressure matches. ### Our Facility Located in DPSG School, Sushant Lok Phase 1, our indoor hall is fully air-conditioned. We know that Gurgaon summers can make outdoor sports impossible, so we ensure the game never stops for you. We use professional-grade tables and high-quality sports flooring to keep the joints safe during quick, lateral movements. ### Who This Is For We are not a rigid institution. We are a family. We have dedicated batches for: * **Little Champs (Ages 4+):** Building coordination through play. * **Competitive Players:** Intensive daily training for those targeting medals. * **Adults & Corporate Professionals:** Evening sessions that act as a stress-buster and a workout. If you are ready to stop playing casually and start playing with purpose, come visit us. We will get you on the table, assess your game, and help you set your next goal. ## About Exclusive Table Tennis Academy We are Shikha and Yaksham, and table tennis is our heartbeat.
