Instead of simple rallying, we use a system to feed balls to specific spots on the table repeatedly. This allows our coaches to pause the flow, fix your stance, and ensure your swing mechanics are sound. You stop guessing and start building real muscle memory from your very first session. ### Precision in Every Stroke Our coaching isn't just about time on the table; it's about the quality of every shot. We focus heavily on technical correction because bad habits are harder to break than they are to learn. When we spot you dropping your elbow or missing your footwork, you will hear us call out, 'Left hand aage!' or 'Thoda upar se aana chahiye.' We aren't just watching; we are actively tweaking your grip, stance, and stroke mechanics in real-time. ### The Multi-Ball Advantage Most recreational players hit back and forth without a goal. At our academy, we use multi-ball reaction drills to force you out of your comfort zone. By increasing the frequency of the ball feed, we work on your reflexes, agility, and decision-making under pressure. It is high-intensity, it is focused, and it is exactly how you become a tournament-ready player. ### Train in Comfort We know that playing in the heat can ruin your focus. That is why all our coaching sessions take place in our fully air-conditioned hall at DPSG School, Sushant Lok. Whether you are a 4-year-old child or a 76-year-old playing for fitness, the environment is controlled, professional, and built for performance. ### Structured for Growth Whether you are signing up for a 1-week intensive module or long-term training, the path is clear. We combine: * **Technical Drills:** Focusing on forehand/backhand drives and footwork (Falkenberg/side-to-side). * **Match Play:** Putting those techniques to the test against peers. * **Fitness:** Integrating agility ladders and core work to support your game. If you are ready to stop just playing and start training, come join our table tennis family. ## About Exclusive Table Tennis Academy We are Shikha and Yaksham, and we started ETTA to give back to the sport that defines our lives.
