We run high-intensity, 3-hour sessions where you actually work on technical corrections—like fixing your grip or stance—under the direct supervision of national-level players. It is structured, disciplined, and keeps the AC running so you stay focused on the game rather than the heat. ### Training That Gets Results We don't believe in short-cuts. If you are joining our camp, expect to get better, faster, and smarter about the game. Our curriculum is built for actual progression, not just passing time. **What the camp includes:** * **Technical Fixes:** We focus on micro-corrections for your grip, stance, and swing mechanics. You will hear us remind you, 'Left hand aage,' until it becomes muscle memory. * **Multi-Ball Drills:** High-volume drills designed to force rapid reaction times and sharpen your reflexes. * **TT-Specific Fitness:** Agility ladders, core strengthening, and speed work tailored to table tennis footwork. * **Mental Conditioning:** Yoga and meditation sessions to help you keep a cool head during high-pressure tournament matches. * **Theory Sessions:** We don't just teach you to hit; we teach you why. Learn the game theory, service reception, and rules that separate players from champions. ### Why Train With Us? We operate out of an air-conditioned indoor facility at DPSG School in Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon. This means you aren't fighting the heatwave while trying to practice. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your game for tournament exposure, we group students by skill level to ensure you get the right intensity. Our coaches, Shikha and Yaksham, bring experience from national and international levels. We treat this as a family, which means you get hands-on feedback. No fluff, no generic drills—just a serious, fun environment to level up your ping pong skills. ## About Exclusive Table Tennis Academy We’re Shikha and Yaksham, and we started ETTA because we believe table tennis is the fastest, smartest game on the planet. We are here to help you nail those shots, whether you're a beginner wanting to learn the basics or a serious player chasing medals.
