Whether you need to correct your grip, learn your first serve, or use our multi-ball machines to build consistency, we tailor each session to your skill level. You do not need to bring your own gear to start; just wear comfortable sports clothes and sneakers, and we will handle the rest. ### Our Coaching Approach We believe table tennis is for everyone. If you are a parent looking for an engaging sport for your child, our beginner sessions prioritize hand-eye coordination through games. For adults and corporate professionals, we provide a structured workout that helps you blow off steam and improve focus. ### Training Plans - **Hobby Plan (3 Days/Week):** Ideal for those balancing work or school. It includes 60-minute sessions—45 minutes of table time plus 15 minutes of warm-up and fitness. This plan grants access to our ITTF-approved tables and limited robot training. - **Intensive Foundation (6 Days/Week):** Designed for students serious about competing. This 90-minute daily regimen focuses on building muscle memory through multi-ball practice, agility drills, and precise technique correction. ### The Facility We are based in Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurugram. The academy is equipped with high-grade air purifiers to ensure a dust-free environment, so you can play hard and breathe easy. We use synthetic sports flooring to protect your joints during drills and offer professional-grade tables to ensure consistent ball bounce. If you are looking for a space in Gurugram that values proper technique and a supportive community, come by for a trial session. ## About Excellence Table Tennis Academy I am Kunal, and I started this academy to create a space where everyone, from kids to working professionals, can learn table tennis properly.
