We design our training to replicate high-pressure match conditions, ensuring that when our players step onto the court for a district or state-level tournament, they aren't just playing, they are executing a plan. Competitive table tennis is less about talent and more about the repetition of correct technique. At our academy, we focus on drilling specific strokes until they become second nature. Our players who bring home trophies from the Haryana State Ranking Championships or the Gurgaon District Tournaments follow a structured regimen that includes multi-ball practice and physical conditioning. It is important to understand that medals are the result of consistency. We push our students to participate in local open tournaments frequently because there is no substitute for match experience. Whether it is a young player like Keshava developing under-11 skills or an adult refining their game, the curriculum remains grounded in the basics, including grip, stance, and consistent footwork. Our facility in Sushant Lok provides the professional environment needed for this level of focus. With synthetic flooring, ITTF-approved tables, and air purifiers, we remove the external distractions so the player can focus purely on the ball. When you join our competitive track, you are not just signing up for classes, you are joining a community of athletes who understand the discipline required to win. If you are serious about competing or want to help your child build a strong foundation in table tennis, we are ready to help you take that first step. ## About Excellence Table Tennis Academy I am Kunal, and I built this academy because I wanted a space where anyone, from a six-year-old to a seasoned player, could chase excellence. It is not just about the medals, it is about the growth we see in every player who steps onto our synthetic flooring at Sushant Lok.
