We feed over 100 balls continuously in high-intensity bursts, forcing your reflexes to sharpen and your strokes to stabilize. If you are here to improve, expect to sweat through this drill, as it is how we turn beginners into match-ready players. ### Our Approach to Training We do not believe in cookie-cutter lessons. Your table tennis training at ESA starts with a diagnostic assessment. We watch how you move, where your grip falters, and how you handle spin, then we build a program around those specific needs. Whether you are a corporate professional looking for a stress-busting hobby or a student chasing district-level medals, the curriculum adjusts accordingly. ### Why the Setup Matters We train on ITTF-approved STAG Americas competition tables because consistency in equipment matters for your game. If you practice on a warped surface, your technique will never be precise. We also maintain a controlled, air-purified environment in Sushant Lok-1. It keeps the air clean for heavy cardiovascular work, so you can play harder and longer without fatigue. ### The Core Pillars of Our Coaching * **Technique Correction:** We utilize periodic video analysis during our pro-track sessions. Seeing yourself on camera is the fastest way to correct footwork or backhand errors. * **Fitness & Agility:** Table tennis is a high-intensity sport. We incorporate ladder drills and reaction jumps to ensure your body keeps up with your reflexes. * **Match Simulation:** Drills are important, but match pressure is different. We set up controlled practice matches against advanced students and coaches so you learn to apply tactics under game conditions. ### Who This Is For We work with complete beginners who need to learn how to hold the paddle correctly, adults who have not played in years and want to sharpen their skills, and competitive players preparing for tournaments. The only requirement is that you show up ready to put in the work. ## About Excellence Table Tennis Academy I am Kunal.
