At our academy, personal coaching means you aren't just another player in the crowd. It's all about your skills, your goals, and the grind to get better, step by step. ### Who Shows Up Here - Lil champs starting out, adults jumping back in, or anyone new wanting to pick up the basics the right way. - If you're chasing medals or just want to move better and play smarter, this is where you find your groove. - We've worked with para-athletes and seen them smash it at the national level. If you want to push limits, we're here for it. ### How We Coach Every session is one-on-one table tennis training. We dig into your strengths and sort out where you trip up. We’ll set targets - maybe you want killer service, sharper footwork, or just to win a friendly match. Expect targeted drills, like service practice and match play, to get you feeling confident and match-ready. ### The ESA Setup Our academy in Gurugram has pro-grade tables, solid air purifiers (because haan, bhai, "Breathe Easy, Play Hard" is real), and a vibe that lets you focus. No distractions, just pure game. ### The Truth Medals? Sure, we’ve got them on the wall. But it’s the everyday progress that counts. Some days are tough, improvement is slow, but that’s just part of the ride. If you’re up for it, we’re ready. ## Highlights Browse through Excellence Table Tennis Academy's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/excellencetabletennisacademy/personal-table-tennis-coaching/featured) - ![We believe in building champions.
