I make sure you stand in the dirt, sweat, and hustle alongside me on live projects. When you finally run your own event, you will have seen every 'Plan B' scenario in action, so nothing takes you by surprise. You cannot learn to manage large-scale events by watching YouTube videos. The event industry is about quick decisions, vendor reliability, and managing chaos effectively. That is exactly why this training program is structured around real-world exposure. ### Why Live Market Visits Matter When we go to KR Market, you aren't just looking at flowers. You are learning how to negotiate with wholesalers, how to check for material quality, and how to spot a good deal versus a bad one. These are skills that save you money and protect your client's budget from day one. ### Learning Through Live Execution Classroom sessions cover the 'what' and 'why', but the execution happens on site. My students join me at venues for engagement setups, corporate events, and weddings. You get to see the process of converting an empty space into a theme setup. Whether it is handling a sudden change in weather or coordinating with multiple vendors, you see how we pivot and keep the event moving forward without the client ever knowing there was a problem. ### The Value of a Trusted Network After 12 years in this industry, I have built a network of 50+ reliable vendors. As a student, you get direct access to this list. This bypasses years of trial and error, ensuring you work with people who won't let you down on the big day. You learn the business side—quotations, GST, and client management—alongside the creative work, giving you a full roadmap to start your own business. ## About Evolves Group I started this institute because I was tired of seeing students with expensive degrees and zero ground reality. My goal isn't just to teach you decor; it is to make sure you know how to build a business from scratch, even if you start with zero investment. If you are ready to work hard, I will help you grow.
