In our 45-day intensive program, you do not just sit in a classroom. We take you to KR Market to learn sourcing, and we put tools in your hands to build backdrops, set up pyro, and fix balloon arches. You leave with your own portfolio and a verified list of 50+ vendors so you never have to guess who to call when a client asks for something new. ### Beyond the Classroom Event management is 20 percent theory and 80 percent on-the-ground execution. Most courses fail because they skip the reality of the market. Here, we cover the gaps: * **Business Foundation:** We don't just talk about events. We teach you how to create quotations, manage GST, handle contracts, and use software like Photoshop and Premiere Pro for your own marketing. * **Technical Skills:** Whether it is organic balloon garlands, floral mechanics for mantaps, or setting up cold pyro and fog machines, you will do it yourself. We provide the materials and the guidance to make sure you master the technique. * **Vendor Management:** You get access to my personal list of 50+ verified vendors in Karnataka. You will also learn how to negotiate with suppliers, a skill that directly impacts your profit margins. ### Our Methodology We focus on end-to-end event execution. You will receive a copy of my proprietary 21-chapter book on event mastery. Our curriculum includes: * **Balloon Artistry:** 7-10 tying techniques and themed setups. * **Floral & Draping:** Real-world mechanics for weddings and social events. * **Operations:** How to handle pre-event planning, on-day logistics, and post-event cleanup. We provide dual certification (government-registered and ISO) upon completion. We keep batch sizes small so every student gets personal attention and time on the equipment. If you are serious about building a career, we are here to support that. ## About Evolves Group Naanu Sharath Srivatsa.
