You will join me at 5 AM at KR Market to learn real negotiation and sourcing, and I will give you my personal list of 50+ trusted vendors. This isn't just theory; you will learn the exact business steps to handle clients, manage budgets, and execute events from scratch, even if you are starting with zero investment. Most institutes teach you to inflate a balloon. I teach you how to build a business. My training is designed to strip away the confusion of starting an event company in Bangalore. We focus on three pillars: business acumen, technical decor skills, and real-world supply chain management. ### Why Theory Matters You can learn to decorate on YouTube. You cannot learn how to draft a client contract, handle GST filing, or present a budget on a spreadsheet from a video. I provide my proprietary 21-chapter book and teach you the 'boring' but essential parts of the job that actually keep your business profitable. We cover client communication, quotation formats, and how to scale from zero to your first paying customer. ### Hands-On Technical Training Decoration is a physical job. You will learn to use floral foam for mechanics, not just aesthetics, and how to create organic balloon garlands that don't sag. We conduct workshops on cold pyro entries, balloon blasting, and 3D backdrop construction. You will be on your feet, working with materials, and troubleshooting setups under my guidance. ### The Vendor Network New planners often fail because they don't know who to call for sound, lighting, or catering. My students get access to my personal vendor list of 50+ contacts in Bangalore. We take these lessons out of the classroom and into the market. You will learn how to identify quality flowers at KR Market, negotiate wholesale rates, and build relationships that will save you years of trial and error. ## About Evolves Group I am Sharath Srivatsa.
