It is about total consistency. We expect you to show up on time, push through the burn during sparring, and strictly follow the technical plan we lay out. If you are ready to step beyond basic workouts and treat your fitness like a sport, this is where you start. ### Why We Compete I believe in testing what you learn. Training in the gym is one thing, but standing in the ring against an opponent is the ultimate measure of your skill. Our competition team is built for those who want to prove their ability, whether in karate kumite or boxing. ### The Training Reality We don't do 'soft' training. Our curriculum is aligned with the World Karate Federation (WKF) and Boxing Federation of India standards. * **Technical Rigor:** You will drill footwork, defensive structures, and explosive counter-attacks until they are muscle memory. * **Conditioning:** Expect high-intensity circuits that build the stamina needed for multi-round bouts. * **Accountability:** As a student, you get direct feedback. We analyze performance, fix technique flaws, and ensure you are psychologically prepared for the pressure of a tournament. ### Our Track Record This isn't theory. Our students and I have represented Udupi District and Karnataka at the Dasara Games and KIO National Karate Championships. We know what it takes to win a medal, and we know exactly how to guide you to your first victory. ### Who Is This For? This program is for the disciplined. If you are looking for a casual weekend hobby, our general fitness batches are better suited. But if you have the drive to fight, compete, and improve, you belong in the Evolution Clan. Come ready to work. ## About Evolution Academy I am Sensei Ghrashmesh Kunder. I fight, I win, and I coach the Evolution Clan to do the same. If you are serious about testing your limits, stop guessing and come train with us.
