It’s KIO-standard Shito-Ryu karate and functional conditioning designed to produce real athletes, whether that means prepping for a district belt grading or building the discipline to handle challenges outside the academy walls. At Evolution Academy, we measure success by more than just weight loss. We measure it by the medal podiums, the belt promotions, and the consistent progress of every student, from our 4-year-olds to our national-level competitors. ### The Path to Mastery We follow a structured progression system. Our students start with foundational Kihon drills, learning to control their bodies and minds. This isn't just theory. As seen in our grading tests, every student must demonstrate technical precision, discipline, and memory before they advance. When you see our students on the podium at the KIO National Championship, that is the result of years of repeating these same fundamentals until they became second nature. ### More Than Just a Class Our approach is rooted in real-world application. Whether it is boxing and kickboxing sessions for endurance or traditional Shito-Ryu karate for focus, we ensure every session is productive. We operate on a 'no-shortcut' policy. If you are training here, you are working toward a specific goal—be it self-defense, competitive sport, or overall health. We believe fitness is the best investment you can make for yourself or your child. If you are ready to stop watching from the sidelines and start building your own, this is the place to be. ## About Evolution Academy I’m Sensei Ghrashmesh.
