Whether it is my handmade Ukdiche Modaks for Ganpati, a full Onam Sadhya on banana leaves, or those Christmas cakes soaked for two whole years in rum and feni, I handle the cooking so you can actually enjoy the celebration with your family. Just remember, these are limited-run specials, so advance booking is a must to get them fresh. Festivals are when we miss home the most. My goal is to bridge that gap with food that actually tastes like it came from an Aai's kitchen, not a factory. Whether you are hosting a large office Onam Sadhya for 20 people or just want a quiet Gudi Padwa meal box with Puran Poli and Kothimbir Wadi, I keep it authentic. My Christmas cakes are a labour of love, with fruits soaked in rum and feni for two years, and they are usually spoken for well before December. I do not mass-produce these; I take orders in limited quantities to ensure every batch gets the attention it deserves.
