## About Sweet & Whimsical Celebrations

I do not just focus on the backdrop. I extend your chosen theme onto the floor and tables to ensure the entire room feels like a single, cohesive story. Whether it is a Barbie or Cocomelon party, I use custom-printed vinyl flooring and coordinating centerpieces to bridge the gap between the entrance and the cake zone.

Planning a themed party is about balancing the visual impact with the practical limitations of your venue. For intimate home settings, I recommend a 6x6ft setup that maximizes impact without crowding your space. In larger banquet halls, I shift to a 12x16ft immersive design that utilizes double-stuffed balloons for those deep, matte colors and 3D fabricated props that guests can interact with.

I pay close attention to the small touches that ground the theme. This includes custom welcome signage, themed table centerpieces, and careful lighting placement to eliminate unwanted shadows in your photographs. If you have a specific character or concept in mind, I work on the fabrication of the custom cutouts and props ahead of time. My goal is to handle the logistics so you can step into a ready-made world the moment you walk through the door.

## About Eventssy

I am the lead planner at Eventssy, where I spend my time turning plain rooms into little universes. I love the challenge of taking a specific interest, like Barbie or Cocomelon, and building an entire scene around it.
