When we take on a reception, we focus on the infrastructure first—like installing German Hangers, professional trussing, and staging—so the final look is sturdy, polished, and ready for thousands of guests. For a truly large-scale reception, the decor must match the guest list. We specialize in converting open farm lands or banquet halls into immersive, royal settings. Our process starts with the skeleton: massive German Hanger structures or custom-built palace facades that establish the right scale. Once the structure is set, we move to the stage design, which is the focal point of the reception. Whether you want a modern, minimalist look with mirror panels or a traditional Rajwada theme with intricate carvings and warm lighting, we build to scale. We use professional-grade intelligent lighting to ensure the stage stands out during evening receptions. A key detail often overlooked is the guest flow, which is why we place so much importance on the entrance tunnel—whether it is a lush floral tunnel or an architectural archway—to set the mood from the very first step. We handle the technical load, including the carpeting, full ceiling masking, and heavy floral chandelier installations, so you get a seamless, cohesive experience that feels like a Royal Rajwada palace. ## About Mauli Decorators We are Mauli Decorators from Karad, and honestly, wedding decor runs in our veins.
