If you are planning a terrace party, ensure there is a covered area or a backup plan if it gets windy, as balloon arches can be tricky in open spaces. We usually need a power point nearby if you want neon signs or marquee lights, so keep that in mind when choosing your spot. ### Setting the Scene Outdoors We transform rooftops, balconies, and lawns into functional party venues. An outdoor space offers a natural backdrop, but it changes the way we approach decoration. Unlike indoor room decor, outdoor setups are exposed to the elements. ### Our Logistics - **Safety and Anchoring:** Wind is the biggest challenge for outdoor balloon decor. We use professional-grade weights and adhesive methods for arches and garlands to ensure they stay in place throughout your event. - **Lighting Requirements:** For evening parties on terraces or in backyards, lighting is essential. We use warm white fairy lights, neon signage, and marquee numbers. Please ensure you have access to a power socket near the setup area. If no power is available, let us know in advance so we can arrange battery-operated alternatives. - **Setup Time:** Most terrace setups take between 45 to 90 minutes depending on the complexity of the backdrop and the number of balloon clusters. ### What We Cover We handle everything from simple rooftop birthday surprises to large-scale garden party backdrops. Our service includes the transport, installation, and cleanup of frames and props. Whether it is a daytime brunch party or a nighttime celebration under the stars, we select balloon materials that hold up well to outdoor conditions. ## About Sakshi Events We are Sakshi Events, and we specialize in setting up celebrations at your home or on your rooftop.
