We arrive with everything—balloons, customized backdrops, and props—and finish the entire installation in about 90 minutes. We tape everything to walls or ceilings without causing permanent damage, making it easy to host at home, in an apartment, or at a community hall. Whether you are bringing a newborn home or hosting a Naming ceremony, we help you mark the occasion without the stress of logistics. Our setups focus on making your home feel celebratory while keeping things simple. For a standard 'Welcome Baby' theme, we use 150-200 air-filled balloons, foil letters, and themed character foils. If you want something more prominent for a Chhathi or Mundan ceremony, we bring in 6ft or 7ft circular backdrops with organic balloon garlands, neon signage, and personalized cutouts. We know these events often have shifting timelines. That is why we specialize in same-day setups across Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. You pick the vibe—be it an elephant-themed welcome or a butterfly-themed backdrop—and we handle the transportation, assembly, and arrangement. We work directly in your living room or entrance. Our balloon arrangements are surface-mounted using masking tape or removable hooks to protect your surfaces. For larger setups involving metal rings or plinths, our team of two handles the installation and final cleanup, ensuring the space is ready for your guests. ## About Sakshi Events We are Sakshi Events.
