If you are visiting my Malviya Road stall, you can usually grab a slice, but for whole cakes, it is best to order a day in advance so I can ensure it is set perfectly for you. I started my baking journey in 2020, and these cheesecakes have quickly become a staple for my regular customers in Vile Parle. ### Baked vs. No-Bake - **Baked Cheesecakes:** These are dense and rich. I bake them slowly to get that perfect, slightly firm texture that pairs so well with a crunchy biscuit base. If you love a classic, heavy cheesecake, this is the one. - **No-Bake Cheesecakes:** These are lighter and incredibly creamy. They are perfect when you want a dessert that feels refreshing, especially when topped with my house-made blueberry compote. ### Popular Flavors Nutella is definitely a crowd favorite, especially on the baked style. If you want something fruity, the blueberry version is a consistent bestseller. ### How to Get Yours - **Stall:** Catch me at my Malviya Road stall every Friday through Sunday evening. I usually have slices available, but they go fast. - **Custom Orders:** For birthdays or parties, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance. Since everything is homemade and eggless, I need that time to prepare everything fresh. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, or you can pick up your order directly from my home kitchen in Vile Parle East. ## About Mitali Datar I am Mitali, and I bake everything from my home kitchen here in Vile Parle.
