Whether it is a specific color theme or a flavor craving, I handle the assembly right here in my kitchen, ensuring your cake looks exactly as you imagined while staying 100% eggless. Baking for me started in 2020 on the streets of Vile Parle with just a dream, and today, I bring that same dedication to every celebration cake I bake. When you order a cake for a birthday, anniversary, or any big milestone, you get more than just a dessert. You get a sponge baked fresh on order, high-quality ingredients, and a design that is tailor-made for your event. I specialize in custom designs that actually taste good. From trendy multi-tier mermaid themes to classic Dutch truffle cakes, everything is 100% vegetarian. I do not believe in shortcuts. If you want a photo-print topper for a birthday or a specific floral piping style for an anniversary, I work directly with you to get the details right. Because I am a home baker operating out of Vile Parle East, I focus on freshness. I do not stock pre-made cakes, which means your cake is assembled and decorated close to your pickup time. If you have a specific vision, share it with me on WhatsApp. We can discuss sizes, eggless flavor profiles, and theme requirements to make sure your celebration has the centerpiece it deserves. ## About Mitali Datar I am Mitali, and my kitchen is where my dreams turned into your celebrations.
