Since I use a light whipped cream base for these cakes, I can easily pipe your specific inside jokes or meme text without that heavy, sugary fondant feel. If you have an idea that is a bit out there, just tell me, and we will make it happen on a cake that tastes as good as it looks. Let's be real, a standard cake doesn't start a conversation. When I started baking back in 2020, I realized that my clients wanted more than just a sweet treat. They wanted a memory, an inside joke, or something that reflected their personality. That is exactly where these quirky designs come in. ### Why my quirky cakes hit differently * **Flavor Matters:** Even when the design is hilarious, the cake itself is serious business. I use premium ingredients for my Dutch Truffle or fruit-based cakes. You are not sacrificing taste for the aesthetic. * **Whipped Cream Base:** Most custom cake shops push fondant for these shapes. I prefer a light, smooth whipped cream finish. It tastes fresher, it is lighter, and it is 100% vegetarian. * **Totally Custom:** Whether it is the 'sibling found in the bin' trope, a 'late friend' turtle design, or a farewell cake with a funny face, I treat every design like a personal project. You give me the concept, and I translate it into an edible format. ### How to get yours If you have a funny idea, share the context with me. I usually need a few days to plan the piping work, especially if it involves specific character drawings or long messages. I operate from Vile Parle, Mumbai, and manage every cake personally. Since I run this as a home bakery, slots fill up fast, especially for weekends. If you are planning a birthday or a farewell surprise, drop me a message early so we can discuss the design and make sure it is ready to steal the show at your party. ## About Mitali Datar Hi, I am Mitali.
