Every cake is 100% eggless and baked from scratch in my home kitchen, using the same passion I had when I first started selling in 2020. Whether it is a small bento box or a multi-tier wedding cake, I put the same dedication into every order. My journey as a home baker in Vile Parle has been anything but traditional. It started in 2020, with just a dream and my mother's support. There were no shortcuts, just a lot of long nights, street stalls during the rains, and the constant goal to make something delicious that everyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary choices. I believe that if you have passion and confidence, nothing is too tough. That is why every cake you see—from my signature Dutch Truffle to custom anime-themed designs—is made without eggs, using fresh, quality ingredients. Achieving milestones like buying my own oven and receiving my YouTube Silver Play Button has only made me more committed to my craft. I do not just bake cakes; I help people celebrate their own milestones, whether it is a 50th birthday, a baby shower, or a quiet anniversary at home. I handle every part of the process, from our first chat about your theme to the final setup at your venue. If you are looking for a reliable home baker in Mumbai who brings heart into every dessert, you are in the right place. Let us make your next occasion memorable with a cake that actually tastes as good as it looks. ## About Mitali Datar I started baking in 2020 just to see if I could make people smile with my cakes. Fast forward to today, and my home kitchen in Vile Parle is where I pour my heart into every custom order, celebrating the little wins just as much as the big ones.
