I prefer working with a smooth, 100% vegetarian whipped cream base, which keeps the cake light and lets the flavours like Dutch Truffle or blueberry stand out. Whether it is for an intimate anniversary or a milestone birthday, I pair this base with fresh roses or baby’s breath to create that clean, sophisticated look. I believe that elegance does not need to be loud. In my Vile Parle kitchen, I have found that the most memorable cakes are often the ones that keep things simple. Since I do not use factory-made fondant coverings, the focus is entirely on the quality of the sponge and the finish of the cream. How we create your look: * **Fresh Accents:** I source fresh roses and baby’s breath to add that organic, soft touch. It makes the cake look like it just came out of a garden. * **Delicate Textures:** Whether it is a soft ombre finish, gold leaf touches, or clean line work with a piping nozzle, everything is done by hand. * **Fully Custom:** Even with a minimalist design, it is your day. If you want a specific colour palette for your bridal shower or a custom topper for a 50th birthday, just let me know. Everything here is made from scratch. Because I do not use mass-production methods, I ensure that the flowers and accents are placed exactly how we discuss during our chat. If you are celebrating in Mumbai and want something that feels modern and chic, let us plan it together. ## About Mitali Datar I started baking in 2020 from my home in Vile Parle, and honestly, every cake is still a dream come true for me.
