It is not just about baking; it is organizing everything from the ribbons to the handwritten notes so that when your hamper reaches you, it feels personal. If you are planning a bulk order for a celebration, I suggest reaching out a few days ahead so I can manage the prep without compromising on the quality of your bento cakes or brownies. Starting in 2020 from a small street stall, my journey as a homebaker in Vile Parle has been about constant learning and a lot of heart. Every image you see here is a chapter of that story, from the late-night prep during Raksha Bandhan to meeting lovely people who support my small business. I believe in living life on my own terms, and my kitchen reflects that spirit. I specialize in 100% vegetarian, eggless bakes. Whether it is a mini bento cake for a small milestone or a themed gift basket packed with brownies and treats, I handle everything myself. People often ask why I focus on the small details. Because a cake is not just dessert. It is a memory. When I put together a gift box, I am thinking about who will open it and the smile it will bring. From selecting the ingredients for my brownies to ensuring the packaging is perfect, I pour my energy into it all. If you are in the Mumbai Metropolitan area and looking for something homemade and eggless, I would love to bake for you. My menu changes based on the season and what I feel like whipping up, so do check in to see what is fresh from the oven. ## About Mitali Datar I am Mitali, and my kitchen is my happy place.
