Every cookie and cupcake you see here is baked right in my Vile Parle home, usually just by me. Because I manage production in small, fresh batches to maintain quality, I request you to ping me at least 3-4 days in advance for bulk orders or specific themes so I can give your order the attention it deserves. When you order a box of cookies or a set of cupcakes from me, you're getting a slice of my journey. I started baking in 2020, and honestly, the secret isn't some complex recipe—it's about doing the 'kashta' (hard work) and putting my heart into the process. ### Why my bakes are different Everything is 100% vegetarian and eggless. Whether it's those chocolate chunk cookies that need to be pulled apart to see the molten center, or a batch of cupcakes for a naming ceremony, I handle the baking, the decorating, and the packing personally. ### Customization & Local Delivery I love working on custom themes—from fitness-themed toppers to specific color palettes for kids' naming ceremonies. Since I operate out of my home in Vile Parle, Mumbai, I focus on freshness over mass production. If you have an idea, let me know, and we can figure out the design together. My menu keeps evolving, and I often experiment with new flavors, so if you're looking for something specific, just ask. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, and I'm always grateful when you choose to support my small business. ## About Mitali Datar I'm Mitali, a homebaker who started with just a dream and a tiny kitchen in 2020. I believe that if you're passionate and confident, nothing is too tough, and I pour that exact energy into every batch of cookies and cupcakes I bake for you.
