If you're planning a party or just want to sample, my 1kg assorted cake is the best way to try all four flavours—Nutella, Lotus Biscoff, Blueberry, and Dark Chocolate—without having to choose just one. ### Why My Cheesecakes Are Different I don’t work in a factory. Every cheesecake I make comes straight from my own kitchen, using 100% eggless recipes I’ve perfected over the years. My focus is on getting that perfect balance: a thick, crunchy digestive biscuit base and a smooth, creamy filling that holds up, whether you choose the dense baked version or the silky no-bake style. ### Ordering vs. Stall - **Whole Cakes:** Need a 7 to 8-inch cake for a birthday, anniversary, or celebration? I offer these in round or heart shapes. You can get a classic single-flavour cake or go for my Assorted 4-Flavor Sampler, which is perfect for groups who can’t agree on just one taste. - **The Stall:** If you just want a slice, come visit me on Malviya Road in Vile Parle East. I set up my stall every Friday to Sunday after 7:30 PM. It’s homemade, convenient, and yes, it usually sells out fast, so *jaldi aa jao* (come early). ### Flavour Guide - **Blueberry:** A classic, using a chunky fruit compote that balances the richness. - **Nutella:** The fan favourite for chocolate lovers, featuring a thick, smooth topping. - **Lotus Biscoff:** People get obsessed with this one, especially for the spice note from the cookie. - **Chocolate Ganache:** Rich and dark, made for when you really need a chocolate fix. Everything is served chilled and ready to eat, packed securely so the toppings stay exactly where they belong until you’re ready to dig in. ## About Mitali Datar I started this journey in 2020 with just a dream and my mum’s support, learning to bake from scratch right here in Mumbai. Every cheesecake you eat is 100% eggless and homemade, reflecting the hard work I pour into every single order.
