I personally set up that stall every weekend, rain or shine, because I wanted to see people enjoy my cheesecakes face to face. Building this business from scratch was not easy. I did not start with a fancy setup or inherited money. It was just me, a small oven, and many late nights in my Vile Parle kitchen. I remember the anxiety of my first weekend stall on Malviya Road, wondering if anyone would stop to try a slice of my eggless cheesecake. Now, seeing those stalls busy and delivering across Mumbai feels surreal. My work is 100% vegetarian because I wanted everyone to enjoy these treats without worry.
