Our Director, Nikunj ma'am, does not just coach; she leads the Indian team at the ITF World Championships. When you train with us, you are getting drills and techniques that are currently winning matches at the national and international level, not just outdated theory. ### Proven Expertise, Not Just Theory Our coaching team believes that the best way to teach is to stay active in the game. By competing in AITA and ITF tournaments, our coaches bring fresh insights into every session. Whether it is stroke correction for a beginner or point construction for an advanced player, the advice you get is backed by current competitive experience. ### Meet Your Mentors - **Director-Level Oversight:** Our high-performance squad gets direct access to our Director, Nikunj ma'am, ensuring that top-tier athletes are prepared for AITA rankings and ITF points. - **Specialized Coaching Staff:** From Kshitij sir to Rohit, Rahul, and Arjun, our team is divided based on expertise. Our Foundation Coaches focus on getting the basics right with red clay drills, while our Senior Coaches handle the competitive Prodigy batch, focusing on movement, topspin generation, and match-play tactics. ### A Systematic Approach to Your Growth We do not believe in cookie-cutter coaching. Every student follows a path tailored to their age and goals: * **Foundation (4+ Years):** Coaches prioritize safety and fun, using red/orange dot balls to build confidence without frustration. * **Prodigy & High-Performance:** This is where the intensity picks up. Coaches integrate CrossFit, mental conditioning, and video analysis to correct biomechanics. Our team keeps detailed progress journals, so you know exactly which shot or movement pattern you are working on this week. We are here to build a tennis family, not just a list of students. When you step onto the court at our Dwarka, Janakpuri, or Gurgaon locations, you are getting a team that is as invested in your match win as you are. ## About Ethical Tennis Academy We are the team behind Delhi NCR's tennis success. Our coaches are active competitors who know exactly what it takes to win, and they bring that same grit to every session we run.
