Every student gets a personalized one or two-year progression plan that tracks technical mechanics alongside physical agility, ensuring you move from basic rallies to high-performance point simulation on our professional clay courts. ### Our Systematic Approach We believe that champions are made, not born. Whether you are joining our Weekend Warrior program or the Advanced Performance tier, our coaching follows a strict, process-driven curriculum. We limit our batch sizes to a 1:5 coach-student ratio, ensuring that you receive actual eyes-on feedback during every 90-minute session rather than just feeding balls. ### The Mental Game Tennis is won in the head first. We normalize the nerves you feel before a match—the butterflies—and teach you how to channel that anxiety into performance. If you are not feeling pressure, you are not pushing yourself enough. Our coaches guide you through match-play scenarios so you learn to handle intensity on court, not just practice drills. ### Training Logistics We train exclusively on clay courts (Red Earth), which are easier on your joints compared to hard courts. Our standard sessions include: - **Technical Correction:** Focused work on forehand and backhand mechanics. - **Physical Conditioning:** 15-20 minutes of agility ladders, sprint drills, and lateral movement. - **Game Strategy:** Tactical breakdown of clay court geometry and defensive patterns. ### Building Your Journey We avoid shortcuts. By using journaling to track your progress, we help you understand your development over months, not just days. From our locations in Dwarka, Janakpuri, and Gurgaon to our broader Delhi NCR network, we provide the environment and the competition to help you grow.
