I see it as a mental game - you win or lose in your head first. My approach is all about helping you build that mental strength, not just skill. Here, you’ll find a mix of solid tennis basics and straight-up mental conditioning, so you don’t just play better, you feel better too. ### What You Get - Personal plans: I help you map out a one or two-year journey, using journaling to track real progress. - Fundamentals: We drill the basics, again and again, till they stick. - Mental training: I’ll teach you how to flip self-doubt into energy. Pressure? Use it. - Adult tennis drills and match play: Every session packs in new exercises and fun challenges, so no session is a bore. ### Who’s This For? Never held a racquet? Or been playing for years? Doesn’t matter. My sessions fit absolute beginners, intermediates, and advanced players. You’ll always have a group - never more than 5 per session - that matches your level and keeps things personal. ### What Sessions Feel Like - 1.5 hours of focused coaching - Small groups for real attention - Top-notch clay courts and a gym for full training - You get fitness and agility mixed in, not just tennis ### Community Vibes Join and you’re in the thick of the biggest tennis community for adults in Delhi NCR. We do tournaments at every level - from casual to competitive. You’ll find your crowd here. And if you’re nervous before a match, that’s normal. Butterflies hai na? Bas, unko apni taaqat bana lo (Got those butterflies? Just turn them into your strength). Pressure is a privilege, means you’re on your way to something big. ## Highlights Browse through Ethical Tennis Academy's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/ethicaltennisacademy/adult-tennis-programs/featured) - [Video: This is what it feels like to train with us. Not just coaching, but a proper ecosystem, you know? Met parents like Indrajit, who said ‘kaafi cheezein clear hui’ (lots got clear) after chatting with us. We keep things transparent, every kid gets a plan, no confusion. From Dwarka to all over NCR, we stick to ‘Innovation, Passion, Ethics’. Coaches are always there, super systematic, process wise. Seeing kids like Ekam go from basics to nationals, that’s our real joy. ### My work - **Tennis Programs for All**: Coaching for kids (U-8 to U-18), adults, beginners, prodigy, and high-performance batches. - **Ethical Training Ecosystem**: Players start with basics, move up to competitive skills, then high-performance for national/international level. - **Systematic Coaching & Philosophy**: We focus on discipline, mental toughness, and learning from failure. Success needs hard work, not shortcuts. - **Delhi NCR Tennis Community**: Biggest tennis family in NCR, with centers in Dwarka, Janakpuri, Saket, Gurgaon, Vikaspuri. Coaches give personal attention. - **Tournaments & Match Exposure**: Own prize money and ranking tournaments like TPL Delhi State Ethical Open for regular competitive experience. ## More services from Ethical Tennis Academy - [Tournament Organization](https://mytribe.in/ethicaltennisacademy/tournament-organization) · ₹800-2,000 per player per tournament (estimate) - [Junior Tennis Development & High-Performance Training](https://mytribe.in/ethicaltennisacademy/junior-tennis-development-high-performance-training) · ₹2-15K per month per student (estimate) ## Experts similar to Ethical Tennis Academy on mytribe - [Adult Tennis Coaching by SlamQuest](https://mytribe.in/slamquest/adult-tennis-coaching) · ₹2,500-7,000 per month (group class, 8 sessions) (estimate) · SlamQuest Tennis Academy, Dhaula Kuan - [Adult Tennis Coaching by Ad In Tennis](https://mytribe.in/adinpct/adult-tennis-coaching) · ₹3,000-7,000 per month (group class, 8-12 sessions) (estimate) · Modern School - [Tennis Lessons & Coaching by Xtreme Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/xtremetennisacademy/tennis-lessons-coaching) · ₹1,800-4,500 per month (group coaching) (estimate) · Xtreme Tennis Academy - [Adult Basketball Program by IB Sports Academy](https://mytribe.in/ibsportsacademy/adult-basketball-program) · ₹2,500-4,500 per month per participant (estimate) · Bal Bharati Public School–Dwarka (BBPS–Dwarka) - [Tennis Coaching by Thirty40](https://mytribe.in/thirty40academies/tennis-coaching) · ₹200-800 per session (estimate) · Modern School - [Tennis Coaching by Surjit Singh Badminton Academy](https://mytribe.in/surjitsinghbadmintonacademy/tennis-coaching) · ₹2,000-6,000 per person per month (estimate) · Gurgaon sports academy Tennis - [Adult & Collegiate Tennis Programs by Topshot Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/topshot.tennis.academy/adult-collegiate-tennis-programs) · ₹600-2,500 per session (estimate) · Topshot Tennis Academy - [Tennis Coaching by Arnav Alok Goel](https://mytribe.in/arnaaav_/tennis-coaching) · ₹300-1,800 per session (estimate) · Modern School - [High-Performance Tennis Training by ILTA Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/tennisdelhi_ilta/high-performance-tennis-training) · ₹7-16K per month (estimate) · ILTA Tennis Academy Pitampura & Shalimar Bagh- Tennis as sports - [Tennis Coaching Programs by Indian Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/indiantennisacademy/tennis-coaching-programs) · ₹3-12K per month (group coaching); per hour (private coaching) (estimate) · INDIAN TENNIS ACADEMY - [Tennis Coaching by School of Tennis](https://mytribe.in/sot_india/tennis-coaching) · ₹800-2,000 per hour (estimate) · ILTA AGRA - [Table Tennis Coaching Programs by Exclusive Table Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/exclusivetabletennis.gurgaon/table-tennis-coaching-programs) · ₹1,500-5,000 per month per student (estimate) · Exclusive Table Tennis Academy in Gurgaon ## Book To book Ethical Tennis Academy, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Adult%20Tennis%20Programs%20by%20Ethical%20Tennis%20Academy.)
