Whether it’s the 6-second goalkeeper rule or avoiding a dangerous tackle from behind, our coaching ensures players understand why a move is a foul. This tactical awareness prevents injuries and makes our students smarter, safer competitors on the field. ### Why Game Intelligence Matters Many academies focus only on physical conditioning, but we believe that understanding the laws of the game is just as vital as ball control. If a player doesn't understand the difference between a fair shoulder charge and a foul, they risk penalties or injury to themselves and their teammates. ### Our Coaching Approach Every session at our centers—whether in Dwarka, Rohini, or Punjabi Bagh—is led by AIFF-certified coaches. We integrate these rule breakdowns into our warm-ups and match simulations. We cover the foundational 'punishable fouls' that referees watch closely in the Football Delhi Youth League and Golden League. By teaching these rules early, we build players who make better decisions under pressure. ### What We Cover * **Dangerous Play:** Explaining high-foot challenges and tackles from behind. * **Goalkeeper Laws:** The 6-second rule and handling restrictions. * **Tactical Fouls:** Why pulling shirts or pushing from behind ruins the game's flow. We want our students to be the ones keeping the game clean and winning on skill, not on luck. If you are looking for more than just a kickabout, join us for a session and learn the game the right way. ## About Estrella Football Academy I started Estrella because every kid deserves to feel that pure joy I felt kicking a ball. Whether you're 5 or 20, we don't just train bodies—we build a family that plays hard, learns the game, and respects the pitch.
