We don't just teach you to play, we teach you to play fair and safe. Whether it is a high foot or a tackle from behind, understanding these fouls helps you react faster, avoid penalties, and stay injury-free during your next match. ### Game Intelligence 101 Football is fast. On the field, you have milliseconds to decide whether to challenge for a ball or hold back. A good player acts on instinct, but a great player acts with intelligence. We include rule breakdowns in our training because we want our players to anticipate situations, not just react to them. When you understand why a referee blows the whistle, you stop making amateur mistakes like pulling shirts or tackling from behind. ### Why Discipline Matters Our AIFF-certified coaches focus on game intelligence alongside technical drills. If you are aiming for competitive leagues like the Football Delhi Youth League, referees are watching your discipline as closely as your dribbling. A consistent foul record can get you booked and take you out of the game when your team needs you most. ### Training with Estrella We break down these rules using real-world scenarios from our practice sessions at our Delhi academies. It is not about memorizing a rulebook. It is about feeling the game. * **Safe Tackling:** We drill defensive positioning so you can win the ball without resorting to dangerous contact. * **Goalkeeper Awareness:** We teach our keepers to manage the game flow, including the critical 6-second rule that catches many players off guard. * **Intentional vs. Accidental:** We help you understand body positioning to avoid accidental handballs. If you are ready to stop playing like a beginner and start playing like a pro, join our elite squad or book a 1-on-1 session to sharpen your technique. ## About Estrella Football Academy I am Arjit, and I started Estrella because I wanted kids to feel that pure joy I felt kicking a ball as a kid.
