When you look at our skaters on the podium, you are seeing the result of disciplined, structured coaching—from learning safe falling techniques to mastering A-frame turns and high-speed glides. ### Building a Winning Mindset Success on the track doesn't happen by accident. At ERSC, we believe that competition is a powerful teacher. Whether it is an inter-school event at Holy Cross or the State Ranking Speed Championships, we prepare our students to perform with confidence. We don't just teach you how to skate; we teach you how to compete. ### Our Training Approach Our competitive program is designed to build complete athletes. We balance high-intensity skating drills with dry-land fitness. Think squats, lunges, and plank variations to build the core stability needed for high-speed skating. This comprehensive focus is why our students consistently secure medals at district and national levels. ### Why Choose Our Competitive Batch? - **Structured Progression:** From fundamental balance and weight distribution to advanced gliding and braking techniques. - **Proven Track Record:** Our skaters are regular podium finishers at state and national selections, including the B.D.R.S.A Open District and the 60th National Championships. - **Supportive Environment:** We operate as a family. When one of our 'champs' wins, the whole club celebrates. This positive environment keeps skaters motivated to push through difficult training phases. - **Safety First:** We maintain strict safety protocols. Helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads are non-negotiable, ensuring our skaters can train hard without the fear of injury. If you are looking for a place where discipline is prioritized and achievements are celebrated, you have found it. We invite you to join our weekend batches at our Sarjapur Road or Koramangala rinks and start your journey toward your first podium finish. ## About Esther Roller Skating Club I'm Esther, and I've been on skates since I was five.
