We match every grueling, 90-minute training session on the rink with equal parts community support. Whether you’re a beginner or pushing for national-level speed skating medals, our group dynamic ensures you never skate alone, even when the work gets tough. ### Building Champions Through Community It is easy to focus on the hardware—the skates, the wheels, and the podium finish. But at ERSC, we focus on the skater. Our training regimen in Bengaluru, whether at our Koramangala rink or PLaY Arena in Sarjapur, is designed to build resilience. We combine rigorous speed skating technique training with a culture that values every small win. ### Why Parents and Skaters Choose Us As an ex-world champion, I have learned that the hardest part of skating is not the race itself; it is the mental discipline required to get back up after a fall. That is why we have built a ‘mommies of ERSC’ support group and a team structure where our seniors mentor the juniors. We focus on the practical realities of the sport: * **Form and Aerodynamics:** Drills for squat posture, weight transfer, and cornering. * **Mental Conditioning:** Preparing for the pressure of district and national championships. * **Individualized Paths:** From adaptive skating for special needs children to elite championship preparation for Inline, Alpine, and Ice speed skating. You will see it in our daily practice sessions. We ensure children learn to handle the pressure of competition without losing the joy of the sport. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We believe in finding the right track for every individual, ensuring they have the confidence to represent their district and state with pride. ## About Esther Roller Skating Club I’m Esther, and skating has been my life since I was five. I started this club to turn that personal passion into a family, building a space in Bengaluru where skaters can push their limits, find their community, and grow into confident champions.
