I’m a one-person team, so if you order a hamper or a skincare set, please know it’s coming straight from my hands to your doorstep. Being a small business owner is a wild ride. Seven years ago, it was just my mom and me making soap in a tiny room, and today I wear every hat in the shop—product designer, finance head, and production lead. ### Why I Work This Way I believe in quality over quantity, always. When you order from me, you aren't getting something mass-produced. I source high-quality ingredients, like saffron and natural oils, and mix them in small batches to ensure everything stays fresh. Whether I am pouring soaps, mixing skincare formulations, or packing a box with a handwritten note, I am the one doing it. ### What You Can Expect * **Transparency:** I show you the real side of running this business, including the late-night packaging sessions and the reality of shipping. * **Customization:** Because I make everything myself, I can adjust products based on your skin type or event theme. Need a specific scent or a certain look for your gift hamper? Just ask. * **Heart and Soul:** Packing is my favorite part of the day. It is the final act of love before your order reaches you. I get *mehnati* (hardworking) and a bit of a perfectionist about my work. If a batch isn't perfect, I remake it. It might take a bit longer, but that is the promise I stand by.
