Our recreational foundation program is the ideal starting point, with three weekly sessions focused on building core strength and flexibility. If your child is aiming for state-level competitions, our elite squad offers a more rigorous 5-6 day regimen with direct supervision from our senior coaching team. At Epic Gymnastics Academy, we view gymnastics as the foundation for physical and mental development. Whether you are looking for recreational classes to build basic coordination or intensive training for competition, our programs cater to your needs. We operate fully equipped facilities in Bellandur and Jakkur, featuring professional impact mats, high ceilings, and safety gear to ensure every gymnast trains in a secure environment. Our curriculum emphasizes steady progression. Beginners work on foundational skills like balance and cartwheels, while advanced students master complex apparatus handling including hoops, ribbons, and clubs. We maintain a coaching ratio of 1:12 to 1:15 to ensure personalized attention during every session. Joining our academy means becoming part of a community that celebrates every milestone, whether it is a child mastering their first back bridge or an athlete winning at the ISSO Games. We focus on grit, discipline, and building a tribe that supports each other through every flip and fall. ## About Epic Gymnastics Academy We started as a small dream in Bellandur and have grown into a community where kids as young as five learn to find their footing. Whether it is mastering a back bridge or winning medals, we are here to support every flip and every fall along the way.
