This means we prioritize structural waterproofing and proper drainage planning before adding tiles, swings, or planters. When you design your space with us, we ensure the structural integrity of your masonry planters and the durability of the flooring in the Navi Mumbai climate, so you avoid the long-term seepage issues common in poorly executed outdoor zones. ### Why Your Terrace Needs More Than Just Plants Many urban outdoor spaces fail because they are treated as an afterthought. Our design process starts with evaluating the structural constraints of your balcony or rooftop. Whether you are dealing with a standard apartment balcony in Navi Mumbai or a larger terrace in Panvel, the climate requires specific material choices. ### Our Approach to Outdoor Design * **Civil & Waterproofing:** Before we install WPC decking or geometric floor tiles, we ensure the base is waterproofed and leveled. This prevents water logging and protects your slab. * **Custom Seating & Planters:** We build masonry planter beds with internal bitumen waterproofing and drainage cells. This allows for deep-root plants like palms and cordylines without damaging your floor. * **Architectural Features:** We use MS framing with wood-finish paint or cement fiber planks to create pergola structures, adding shade and a sense of enclosure. ### Planning Your Space When we plan your layout, we consider your lifestyle. If you want a morning coffee spot, we focus on maximizing the view with minimal glass railings. If you need a space for evening hosting, we integrate concealed LED strips and heavy-duty swing mechanisms. We work across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and Lonavala, bringing the same level of detail to a small balcony as we do to a luxury rooftop garden. Every element is chosen for durability against wind and rain, ensuring your retreat remains a functional part of your home year-round. ## About Entitty Architects I am Siddhant from Entitty Architects.
