We focus on trending Bollywood fusion and Western routines, specifically designed to help you burn calories and build confidence in a space where you don't need prior experience to fit in. ### Dance for Everyone At Emma Sports Academy, we strip away the pressure of perfection. Our dance classes in Powai are designed for people who want to break a sweat, learn some moves, and actually enjoy the process. We don't care if you have two left feet; we care that you show up, put in the work, and leave with a smile. ### What We Cover Our sessions are a mix of styles to keep things fresh. You'll work on: * **Bollywood Fusion:** High-energy, filmy moves that get your heart rate up. * **Western & Freestyle:** Modern steps that let you express your own vibe. * **Electro Dance:** Fast-paced routines for when you really want to level up your cardio. ### The Setup Classes are 60 minutes long, starting with a cardio warm-up, moving into core choreography instruction, and wrapping up with a recording of the final routine so you can track your progress. We operate out of a semi-open terrace studio with ceiling fans and natural ventilation, giving you a lively atmosphere that keeps the energy high. We accept students from age 4.5 up to adults. If you’re just starting out, we often run free intro workshops for fresh batches.
