We often take our choreography sessions outdoors to the sports court, which changes the dynamic completely and keeps our routines feeling fresh, active, and fun. Whether you are looking to master Bollywood fusion, dive into Western freestyle, or just get moving, our dance classes in Powai are designed to build confidence alongside rhythm. We keep our sessions accessible, meaning you do not need previous training to join the crew. ### What to expect in our sessions We run group classes that focus on energy, expression, and skill-building. Each hour-long session is carefully structured to include: * **Cardio Warm-ups:** Getting the heart rate up and the body loose. * **Core Choreography:** Breaking down steps for Bollywood and Western fusion styles. * **Cool-down & Recording:** A chance to review the routine, which many students love for their own social media or personal progress tracking. ### Batch Schedule Classes are held every Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We keep our batch sizes small—typically 5 to 10 students—to ensure everyone gets personal attention from the coach. ### Our approach We believe dance is about more than just steps; it is about self-expression and having a laugh. Because we are based in a sports academy, our environment is non-pretentious and welcoming. We encourage all ages, from kids starting at 4.5 years old to adults looking for a fresh fitness routine, to jump in and start moving.
