Here, your team learns communication and trust by interacting with our horses on the ground. These sessions provide immediate, honest feedback from the animals that forces team members to align, listen, and lead clearly. It is a powerful way to break down hierarchies and see how your team functions when they have to communicate without just relying on a presentation deck. Business is about communication. Horses are prey animals, which means they are incredibly sensitive to human energy, intent, and body language. If your team is not aligned, the horse will simply not follow. This makes our Equine Assisted Learning programs a dynamic mirror for your office dynamics. Participants do not need to ride to benefit; in fact, the most impactful work often happens on the ground in the round pen or during obstacle tasks where you must lead the horse through a challenge. ### Why Choose Our Facility We offer a flexible environment that works for both quiet leadership workshops and high-energy team outings. Our grounds include 50,000 square feet of arena and lawn space, allowing us to scale for intimate partner retreats or company-wide offsites of up to 2,000 people. ### Logistics and Amenities - **In-house Catering:** Our restaurant, Ai Cavalli, handles all food requirements, from morning coffee and snacks to a full Italian lunch buffet. - **Meeting Infrastructure:** If you need to combine the horse work with traditional meetings, we provide indoor rooms equipped with projectors, screens, and PA systems. - **Accommodation:** On-site options range from comfortable suites to glamping tents, perfect for multi-day retreats that require an overnight stay near the city but away from the noise. - **Flexibility:** Our venue is a blank canvas. We have the infrastructure to support large production setups, including perimeter security lighting and backup generators, ensuring your event runs smoothly regardless of the scale. ## About Embassy International Riding School We are Embassy International Riding School, though most simply call us Embassy.
