It is also about the daily practice, the occasional oops moments, and the community of students working together to get that perfect finish. Here, we share the lighter side of our training and the creative experiments that define the energy at our academy. ### More than just classes While our main courses cover the technical heavy lifting, this gallery is a look at the real life inside Ellement Co. Nail Academy. From testing new pigments to troubleshooting common application issues, we believe that learning should be fun and raw. This is where we show off the work that didn't make the professional portfolio but taught us a valuable lesson about consistency and technique. ### Learning the hard stuff (literally) Whether you are diving into a Russian manicure or mastering the latest 4D art, you will encounter hurdles. We encourage our students to document these moments because that is where the growth happens. You will see photos of our students practicing e-file techniques, working with builder gel, and getting to grips with complex nail anatomy. We want you to see that every expert nail technician in Mumbai started exactly where you are—trying to get the bead consistency right and fixing messy application. ### Why join our community? We are not just a school; we are a support system for your career. Our Andheri academy is designed to be a safe space where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn the business of nails. From pricing your services to managing your first few clients, we cover the practical side of the industry so you can walk out feeling ready to slay. If you have been waiting for a sign to start your journey into the world of professional nail art, this is it. ## About Ellement Co We are Ellement Co., a crew that is obsessed with everything related to nails.
