It is not just about kicking; it is about decision-making under pressure. In these sessions, we push players to master the 'football language'—understanding time, space, and tactical positioning—while maintaining the intensity required for competitive tournaments like the KSFA youth leagues. For players in the 11-16 age bracket, football is no longer just a hobby. It is a sport of strategy and smart movement. Our competitive program is structured to bridge the gap between amateur play and professional-level youth football. We run 20 plus sessions every month, focusing on position-specific tactics, sprint conditioning, and match-simulation drills. ### Why This Level is Different At this stage, we prioritize cognitive development on the pitch. Players must learn to scan the field, make quick decisions, and execute precise passes before the opponent reacts. We use advanced training aids like resistance bands and weighted balls to build physical resilience. 'Joragi haki!' (Hit hard!) is a command you will hear often, as we demand strength and commitment during every drill. ### Tournament and League Preparation We prepare our squad for real-world stakes, including the KSFA Youth League and private tournaments like the Blues Super Cup. This requires discipline. Attendance is mandatory, and our policies on focus and conduct are strict. If a player is not mentally locked in, they cannot perform when the pressure is on. We provide career guidance and assist with trials for larger academies, ensuring that talented individuals have a pathway to grow. ### Training Locations We operate across Bengaluru, with dedicated turf arenas in JP Nagar, BTM Layout, Whitefield, RR Nagar, Jayanagar, and more. All sessions are led by AFC licensed coaches who act as mentors, pushing players to stay grounded while striving for excellence. Whether you are aiming for a spot in a top-tier academy or looking to dominate local youth tournaments, this is where the hard work happens. ## About Elite Soccer School At Elite Soccer School, we treat training like a real game. I do not just teach kids how to run; I teach them how to think on the pitch.
